No matter our status, orientation, ability, or circumstances, we cannot divorce our identity from our whiteness and our status in the oppressor class. To know this is to feel hopelessness, anger, and fear. EAGER’s goal is to direct these feelings into supporting the Black, Brown, and Indigenous educators risking their lives to open our eyes and ears.

Our number one goal will always be to uplift and compensate pro-humanity educators. EAGER is also a space for sharing hard lessons, vulnerable reactions, and difficult questions outside of the comment section.
